The new cooperation between Pulapromet and Tisak has resulted in additional sales points where it is now possible to buy daily tickets (one-day, three-day and seven-day tickets), value tickets, and top-up value and monthly tickets. Purchasing tickets for public city transport has never been more accessible, and Penta took care of the above by upgrading the BusCARD system, delivering the devices, and testing and putting it into operation. The procedure is straightforward and fast since the kiosks are equipped with card readers, and for the service performed, a receipt and accompanying invoice are issued to prove the purchase.
The service of selling and topping up tickets for public city transport has been extended to 20 points of sale in Pula, Fažana, Medulin, Vodnjan and Barbariga. Kiosks, where this service of buying and topping up tickets for city transport is available, are distributed throughout the city and its surroundings, so users of value and monthly tickets will no longer have to come to Pulapromet sales points, but can buy their tickets at the nearest Tisak kiosk. The possibility of buying daily tickets at the kiosks will to a certain extent, reduce the crowds at the entrance to the buses and increase the satisfaction of passengers, especially in the summer months.
